How we earn money

Internetprovider.se is a comparison and information site. It is not an internet provider and it does not sell a connection.

Some providers may pay a commission if you continue to their site through an affiliate link. That commission is paid by the provider. It does not change the published prices in SEK, contract length or advertised speed, and it does not change the price sort.

Affiliate links are stored separately from the price feed. If a plan has no tracking URL, the button opens the provider’s official page.

Tracking URLs are added when an affiliate relationship is confirmed. Until then, plan buttons open the provider’s official Swedish pages.

Boxer internet in Sweden

If you are considering Boxer internet Sweden options, the main point is simple: Boxer’s residential broadband offer is fibre-based, and availability depends on your exact Swedish address. We reviewed Boxer’s published residential plans and found three advertised speed levels — 100/100, 250/250 and 500/500 Mbit/s — with introductory prices for the first 12 months and a higher monthly price from month 13.

Boxer may suit you if you want fibre broadband from a provider also associated with TV services, but broadband and TV costs should be checked separately unless Boxer confirms a bundle during ordering. If you are still comparing providers more widely, start with our home internet in Sweden guide before deciding.

Who Boxer fibre is likely to suit

Boxer broadband Sweden is most relevant for homes where fibre is already available or can be activated through the local network. Fibre can be a strong fit for households that stream TV, work from home, play games or upload large files, especially because Boxer’s advertised fibre speeds are symmetrical: the upload and download figures are the same.

The address check matters more than the brand name. Fibre access in Sweden can depend on the property, the local fibre network and the agreements available at that address. If you are new to Swedish broadband terms, our guide to how fibre internet works in Sweden explains why one apartment may have different options from another in the same area.

Boxer internet plans and prices in SEK

The published Boxer internet plans are Broadband 100/100 Mbit/s, Broadband 250/250 Mbit/s and Broadband 500/500 Mbit/s. Each speed is shown as a fibre plan, with both a Flexible term variant and a 12-month term variant.

For Broadband 100/100 Mbit/s, the introductory monthly price is 379 SEK, rising to 649 SEK from month 13. Broadband 250/250 Mbit/s starts at 419 SEK per month, also rising to 649 SEK from month 13. Broadband 500/500 Mbit/s starts at 479 SEK per month, again rising to 649 SEK from month 13.

The Flexible versions show an activation fee of 299 SEK. For the 12-month versions, the published plan details do not state the activation fee, so confirm this before ordering. A router is not included in the base price, landline is not included, and the data allowance is not stated; ask Boxer whether any router rental, purchase cost or fair-use condition applies.

Contract checks — and when Boxer may not fit

Do not compare Boxer fibre Sweden only by the first monthly price you see. Check the later monthly price, when the campaign ends, whether you are choosing Flexible or 12 months, and what notice period applies if you want to cancel or switch. Also confirm whether the activation fee differs by term and whether a router is optional or required for the service to work well in your home.

Boxer may not be the right fit if fibre is not available at your address, if you need a mobile broadband solution while waiting for a fixed line, or if you want a plan where router costs and data conditions are fully stated before you commit. In that case, compare with mobile options in our mobile broadband in Sweden guide or look at price-focused advice for cheap internet in Sweden.

If you want to benchmark Boxer against other large Swedish providers, compare the same speed, term, setup charge and later monthly price rather than just the promotional price. For example, you can review providers such as Tele2 alongside Boxer, but the useful comparison still starts with your exact address.

Boxer: short answers

Confirm the live offer at your address.

Does Boxer offer home internet over fibre in Sweden?

Yes. Boxer’s published residential broadband offer is fibre-based, with advertised speed levels of 100/100, 250/250 and 500/500 Mbit/s. Availability is not nationwide in a simple yes-or-no way; it depends on whether Boxer fibre can be delivered at your exact Swedish address.

Are Boxer’s introductory prices the ongoing monthly prices?

No. The published Boxer home internet Sweden offers use an introductory price for the first 12 months. From month 13, the monthly price shown for the listed fibre plans rises to 649 SEK. Check the full order view before confirming, especially if the campaign price is the main reason you are choosing Boxer.

Is a router included with Boxer broadband?

The published plan details state that a router is not included in the base price. Before ordering, ask whether you can use your own router, whether Boxer offers rental or purchase options, and whether any router cost affects the total monthly price.

What should I check before signing a Boxer internet contract?

Check the address result, speed, term, later monthly price, activation fee, router cost, notice period and any usage conditions. The Flexible plans show a 299 SEK activation fee, while the published 12-month plan details do not state the activation fee, so that point should be confirmed directly with Boxer.
